Sinecta BV · Two products, one field

We build bridges
over work that keeps coming back.

Sinecta builds software for IT service providers. CertBridge bridges the distance between a standard and daily practice.
ContractBridge bridges the distance between vendor portals and your contracts. Two bridges, one conviction: work a system can remember should not be redone by hand every month.

Our story

Two frustrations, one root cause

1
way of building

Sinecta did not start with a product idea. It started with two piles of work that never got smaller.

The first pile sits in contract administration. An IT service provider sells licences, hours and services through a handful of portals — Microsoft, SentinelOne, ALSO, Pax8 — and records all of it in Autotask. Every month the quantities change. Every month someone is opening exports, chasing differences and updating contract lines. Not because it is hard, but because nobody ever taught the system to do it itself.

The second pile sits in compliance. NIS2 and ISO 27001 ask for a policy, an asset register, supplier assessments and a continuity plan — and for the evidence that it all holds up. In practice that lives in Word documents, loose spreadsheets and one colleague's memory. At the next audit round, the hunt starts over.

Two very different problems with the same core: knowledge that does exist, but is not recorded anywhere a system can use it. We started Sinecta to give that knowledge a home — and to make the repetitive work around it disappear.

We do not build a black box. What our software does should be something you can explain: to a colleague, to your customer and to an auditor. That is why we always show where a number comes from and why a status is what it is.

"If a system already knows the answer, nobody should still be looking it up by hand."

Hence the name Sinecta: from the Latin sine (without) and acta (actions) — without actions. That is what we want repetitive work to become.

Our products

Two bridges, each with its own far side

Both products stand on their own: their own website, their own documentation and their own support. What they share is how they are built.

CertBridge
NIS2 · ISO 27001
From standard to evidence, without the search

CertBridge is an ISMS portal for service providers guiding their customers through compliance. Customers complete their policy, assets, suppliers and continuity plan; the auditor judges each part and runs a report. All in one environment, separated per customer.

  • NIS2 Supply Chain (SC10/SC20/SC30) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 side by side
  • A three-year audit cycle: one full audit plus two interim rounds, each with its own score
  • A checklist per criterion, with the control measure attached and improvement points that stay linked to it
  • Mandatory two-factor authentication, MS365 SSO and authorisation per role and per customer

ContractBridge
Autotask-native
Your contracts are right, month after month

ContractBridge connects your vendor portals to Autotask. Quantities are tracked, licences synced and contract lines updated — without anyone having to check every month.

  • Direct integrations with Microsoft, SentinelOne, ALSO, Pax8 and more
  • Universal import for any vendor without a ready-made integration
  • Consumption data per customer, traceable back to the source
  • Reports per vendor and per customer, ready for invoicing

CertBridge

Compliance you can explain

An audit round starts with the customer. They complete four modules — information security policy, asset register with CIA classification, supplier assessments and a business continuity plan — and tick off the checklist per criterion, recording the measure that covers it.

Then it is the auditor's turn: a status per control, a verdict per module, and improvement points wherever it falls short. What remains is a report that shows exactly what was assessed, by whom and in which round.

Because an SC evaluation is valid for three years, CertBridge keeps every round separate. An interim audit never overwrites the full audit, each round keeps its own score, and a completed cycle stays readable and printable as an archive.

1
Four modules
Policy, assets, suppliers and continuity — standard-independent in substance, so usable for every assigned framework.
2
Three rounds per cycle
Audit, Interim 1 and Interim 2, each with its own set of statuses and its own compliance score.
3
One dashboard
A phase bar per customer from intake to report, showing the score of the most recently completed round.

ContractBridge

Set it up once, kept up to date after that

You connect your portals to Autotask once and decide which product belongs to which contract line. After that ContractBridge tracks the quantities: new licences are added, cancelled ones disappear, and the contract follows.

No ready-made integration for a vendor? Then the universal import takes over: you map the columns of their export once, and from then on that vendor runs along with the rest.

What you gain is not just time. It is the certainty that what you invoice matches what is actually in use — and that you can point to where that number came from.

1
Portals as the source
Microsoft, SentinelOne, ALSO, Pax8 and others supply the quantities; Autotask stays the place where the contract lives.
2
Universal import
Any vendor without an integration joins in through its own, one-time column mapping.
3
Traceable
Every quantity traces back to its source and the date of the last sync.

How we build

The same way of building, in both products

Our products solve different problems. The principles underneath are identical.

No black box
Every number and every status can be traced. If you cannot see where something came from, our work is not finished.
Set up once, properly
The effort sits in the setup, not in daily use. After that the system should keep track, not you.
Built for daily practice
We have worked in and around IT service providers for years. Our screens follow the order the work really happens in.
A person on the line
Support is not a queue. You speak to someone who knows the product and honestly says what it does and does not do.

Each product has its own website with features, screens and the option to request a demo.
